RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. RETURN REASONS & FEES

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you wish to return a product for any other reason, you will be responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. No restocking fees are applied.

3. RETURN PROCESS To initiate a return, contact us at plushlandshop@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to our official registered address: Gabriole Company LLC 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex.

4. REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
